What to include
- Your order number (from your confirmation email or order page).
- The name of the pattern.
- For a pattern question: the size you are making and the row or round you are on.
- For a file problem: which file and what happens when you open it.
Lost your download links?
If you have an account with the email address you used at checkout, your files are in the Downloads tab. Otherwise, email us with your order number and we will send you new links.
