Terms of sale and use

1. About us

Crochetpatterns.us sells original crochet patterns as digital PDF files. You can contact us at support@crochetpatterns.us.

2. What you are buying

Each product is a digital crochet pattern delivered as PDF files (US Letter, A4 and a printer-friendly version). You are not buying a finished item, yarn, a hook or any other physical goods. Product photos and illustrations show an example of the finished design; results vary with yarn, gauge and technique. Images marked “Illustration” are digital illustrations rather than photos of a finished piece.

3. Prices and payment

Prices are shown in the currency of your selected region. Any taxes that apply are shown at checkout before you place your order. Payment is due when you place your order.

4. Your order and delivery

Your order is confirmed when you see the order confirmation page. Your download links are shown on that page, emailed to the address you provide and, if you have an account, saved in your account.

5. Right of withdrawal for digital content

If you live in the EU or the UK, you can withdraw from your purchase within 14 days of your order without giving a reason. Email us to withdraw and we will refund you within 14 days. If a file is faulty or not delivered, our refund policy applies.

6. License

Your purchase includes a personal license to use the pattern as described in our pattern license. You may sell finished items you make, but you may not share, resell or redistribute the PDF files.

7. Accounts

You are responsible for keeping your account password safe. Please tell us if you think someone else has access to your account.

8. Errors in patterns

Patterns are checked carefully before release. If you find an error, please let us know so we can help and correct it.

9. Liability

We are responsible for providing the files you bought as described. To the extent permitted by law, we are not liable for indirect losses, or for the cost of materials used in a project. Nothing in these terms limits any rights you have under mandatory consumer protection laws.

10. Changes to these terms

We may update these terms from time to time. The version shown when you place your order applies to that order.
