Who is responsible

Crochetpatterns.us is responsible for the personal data described in this policy. You can reach us about privacy questions at support@crochetpatterns.us.

What we collect

Order details: your email address, name, country, the patterns you bought and the order amount.
Account details (if you create an account): your name, email address, password (stored in encrypted form) and order history.
Messages: the information you send us when you contact support.
Technical data: basic information your browser sends when you visit, such as IP address and browser type, which our servers need to deliver the site and keep it secure.

Payments are handled by our payment provider. We do not receive or store your full card details.

How we use it

To process your order and deliver your download links.
To provide your account and your Downloads page.
To answer your questions and handle refunds or replacements.
To meet legal obligations, such as keeping accounting records.
To keep the shop secure and prevent misuse of download links.

We only use your email address for marketing if you have separately agreed to it, and you can unsubscribe at any time.

Cookies

We use cookies that are needed for the shop to work: to remember your cart, your country and region, and whether you are signed in. When you pay by card, our payment provider may set its own cookies to process the payment securely and prevent fraud.

Who we share it with

We share personal data only with service providers that help us run the shop, such as hosting, email delivery and payment processing, and only as far as they need it to provide their service. We don't sell your personal data.

How long we keep it

We keep order records for as long as needed to provide your downloads and as required by accounting and tax rules. Account data is kept until you ask us to delete your account. Support messages are deleted when they are no longer needed.

Your rights

Depending on where you live, you may have the right to access, correct or delete your personal data, to object to or restrict its use, to receive a copy of it, and to lodge a complaint with a data protection authority. To use these rights, email support@crochetpatterns.us.
